This is a trick to use Spotify in places it isn't available.
Step 1- download Spotify apk. You can google it for the latest version, although I'm adding a version here.

Step 2- use a VPN app to sign up for the first time.
I used this one named psiphon from play store. Set the server to USA and then signup using email, avoid facebook signup.
Step 3- once signed up, you can now delete the VPN app and enjoy spotify. It works on normal connection after first signup, and has got awesome playlist.
